What happens to the photos you send

Plain English, because a photo of your family is not the place for a wall of clauses. This describes what the bot actually does.

What is stored

• Your messages and the photos you send, so the conversation has context — that is what lets you say “make it warmer” without sending the photo again.
• The pictures generated for you, for the same reason.
• Your Telegram user id, which is a number, not your phone number. It is what a free allowance and a credit balance are counted against.
• How many images you have made, and when.

Your phone number is never visible to the bot. Telegram does not share it, and nothing here asks for it.

Who else sees a photo

Making a picture means sending it to the model that makes it. Photos are sent to OpenRouter, which routes the request to the image model.

Models that train on your data are not used. OpenRouter is configured to route only to providers that do not keep prompts or images for training. Your photo is used to answer your request and nothing else.

Nothing is published, sold, used for advertising, or shown to other users of the bot. If you use the feedback command, the message and image you attach are sent to a private channel so a person can read it — that only happens when you choose to send feedback.

Payments

Card details never reach the bot. Payment is handled by Stripe through Needle Cloud, and what comes back is an account reference and a credit balance. That reference is derived from your Telegram id and cannot be reversed into it by anyone reading the payment side.

Analytics

Which commands are used, whether an image succeeded, roughly how long it took. This is self-hosted and is not shared with an advertising network. No cookies are set on this website.

How long it is kept

Conversation history older than 48 hours stops being used as context. Unused credits expire 365 days after purchase.

Getting a copy of it

Send /mydata to the bot and it replies with a JSON file containing everything above. The pictures are already in your chat, so the file references them rather than repeating them.

Deleting everything

Send /delete to the bot, or write to [email protected] from anywhere and say which Telegram account it concerns. It asks you to confirm, then removes your conversation, the images stored with it, your usage history and your name.

One thing is deliberately kept: if you have credits left, the reference that makes them reachable stays. Erasure should not cost you something you paid for. Use them up and ask again, and that goes too. Payment records themselves are kept where tax law requires it.

Children

This is not intended for children under 13, and it is not designed for them.

Photos of other people

If you send a photo of someone else, you are the one who needs their agreement — particularly before publishing what comes back. Generated pictures are not photographs of things that happened, and passing one off as a record of a real event is on you, not on the tool.

Only available in English for now — a rough translation of a privacy policy is worse than none.
