Optional, but it helps: “just the empty street”, “continue the hedge”. Otherwise it works it out from the rest of the photo.

What to send
- Describe by position and colour. “the man in the blue coat, far right” leaves nothing to interpret.
- Say “keep everything else exactly as it is” if the photo has to stay true to the building. It is the difference between a touch-up and a reinterpretation.
- It can also add. The same instruction in reverse — “put a bench there”, “make it a clear blue sky”, “make it evening” — works exactly as well.

Can I use this for property or architecture photos?
That is what it is best at. Parked cars, skips, bins, wheelie bins, scaffolding and pavement clutter all come out and the building stays as it was — which is the shot an agent or an architect actually wants and rarely gets, because the street is never empty when you are there.
Does it stay true to the original?
It regenerates the part of the picture you asked about and leaves the rest. Say “keep the building exactly as it is” and it will. It is still a generated image, so check the result against the real thing before it goes into a listing.
Does it leave a smudge?
It does not paint over the object, it rebuilds that part of the picture. The failure mode is a plausible-but-wrong background rather than a blur.
Can it remove someone from a group photo?
Yes, including closing the gap they leave. If they overlap someone else, say so — that is the case that needs a second pass.
