What you get back is yours

Pictures made for you are yours to use, including commercially. No watermark, no attribution required, no separate licence to buy. What you cannot do is claim ownership of the tool itself.

They are generated pictures, not photographs

A restored photo is a reconstruction, not a recovery of information that survived. A colourised photo is a plausible guess at colours nobody recorded. Do not present either as evidence, as a historical record, or as a photograph of something that happened.

What is not allowed

Accounts doing any of this are removed, and unused credits are not refunded in that case.

Free images and credits

A number of images each month are free. Beyond that, one credit is one image. Free images are always spent before paid ones, so nothing you bought is used while you still have free ones left.

Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and expire 365 days after purchase. A failed generation does not cost a credit — credits are deducted after an image comes back, not before.

Refunds

If something goes wrong on our side, write to [email protected] and it gets sorted out. Credits you have already spent on images that came back correctly are not refundable — the cost was incurred at that point.

Availability

This is a small product run by a small team. It can be slow, it can be down, and it depends on model providers who have their own outages. There is no uptime guarantee.

If it is ever shut down, unused credits will be refunded and there will be notice before it happens.

Liability

Provided as it is. Nothing here waives rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Written to be accurate and readable rather than to be exhaustive. Have a lawyer review it before relying on it commercially.
